The Discover24 hollow fiber cartridges are the product of choice for membrane screening, or for generating early scale-up data for process development. It's also a perfect tool for scale down studies, in trouble shooting large scale processes. Discover24 are ideal for processing small volumes of fermentation broth, cell suspensions, vaccines, enzymes, antibodies peptides and other proteins. The Discover products are available in 12" and 24" length and the membrane cut-offs/pore sizes are identical with the Explorer, Investigator and BioProducer line, which makes scale-up very convenient and predictable. Recommended sample volume for Discover24 is 50 ml - 400 ml and a flow rate of up to 250 ml/hr. The Discover products are compatible with most automated process development systems.
