The SunStar Heating Products Ceramic Heater is ideal for spot heating or area heating of remote locations, farm buildings, shops, service areas, pump houses or other hard-to-heat spaces, providing both fuel efficiency of radiant heat and installation flexibility (not recommended for windy/drafty environments). This is a Millivolt Standing Pilot heater and does not require an external power or electricity to operate, so it's great for use during power outages. Requires a 750 Millivolt Thermostat to operate (sold separately). Indoor use only. May require the following second stage regulators prior to the heater based on gas supply pressure: A regulator up to 2 PSIG line pressure or a regulator above 2 PSIG line pressure (both sold separately). NOT CERTIFIED OR APPROVED FOR RESIDENTIAL USE. U.S.A.NOTE: Please review the detailed Installation Operating Instructions (attached) for other specific installation requirements (gas pressure, ventilation etc.) prior to purchasing the heater.
- Constructed from aluminized steel for corrosion resistance and long life
- Aluminum reflectors are designed to maximize radiant output
- Heaters can be angle mounted horizontally and up to 45 degrees
- The minimum mounting height is 14ft. above finished floor for uniform energy distribution and human comfort
- Requires the following clearances from any combustible material: 36in above, 72in below & 36in from the sides of the heater
