All of The Pelican's steak knives are crafted for them by luxury British kitchenware brand, Katto. Each one is handmade using the sharpest British steel and sustainable walnut.
The blades are engraved with 'PH' - a reference to the Public House Group to which The Pelican, The Hero and The Bull belong.

Steak knives are available with either stainless steel or aged carbon steel blades.
Stainless steel blades will arrive shiny and remain so for many years. Whereas carbon blades will arrive pre-aged with a patina which will darken over time.
