This is a Porter 2-way briefcase.
The glossy nylon twill is a characteristic of Porter, and it's a soft yet durable material.
It's a 2-way bag, so it can be used as a hand-carry or shoulder bag (with a shoulder strap).
The shoulder strap hasn't been used much, so it's in relatively good condition.
