Firms up when whacked, for extra buffer from the wringer. Tapered for this baselayer, to keep your ribs in check. Certified to meet EN 1621-3 (chest), 1621-2 (back) and EN 1621-1 (shoulders). If you want to go even more lightweight, the D3O panels slide out. Fabric? Polartec® Power Dry® is 100% recycled.
