This is the MT Overall from Mountain Research (マウンテンリサーチ).
I bought it because I liked the design, which is similar to a fishing overall. I've worn it three times and washed it at home.
The lining is off-white fleece, which is very warm.
You can tighten the ankles with the attached belts, or roll them up to show off the fleece.
The shoulder straps are adjustable, and there are large pockets on the sides with gussets (two on each side) and Velcro closures for security. The front zipper makes it easy to put on and take off.
The size is SM, and it has a relaxed fit overall, so you can wear it over a thick knit sweater.
