What Can Eat Morio Worms

These large mealworms are ideal for animals such as leopard geckos, bearded dragons and other large reptiles. You can also feed them to larger amphibians like pacman frogs.

Morio Worm Care

You can keep the morio worms in the same container they arrive in or transfer to a larger one if you have multiple packs or plan to keep them for longer. Bulk quantities will need to be decanted into a plastic container or tray. To keep them at the peak of nutritional value keep them feed on high quality greens along with specialised insect food then dust with a vitamin and mineral mix prior to feeding them to your pet.

Keep your morio worms at room temperature and away from direct sunlight. Do not allow the contents to get damp or wet.

Packaging Information

Your morio worms will be shipped in a ventilated plastic container that is 100% recycled and recyclable. These ventilation holes can allow some 'dust' to leak from the tub whilst it is stored. This is just the natural waste from the morio worms but it is a good idea to store the tub in a dish or on some kitchen paper to make clean up easier.

Bulk quantities of 250g and 500g will be delivered in breathable bags and will need to be decanted into plastic tubs or trays.

Please remember these are live, weights are approximate, during warmer weather, you can expect the worms to lose some weight during shipping as they become dehydrated. This can be as high as 15%. Feed them with a suitable insect food or veggies upon delivery to help them hydrate and provide food.
