This is a rare bolt of Japanese-made Kurume Kasuri fabric.
Originally, this fabric was used to make domestically produced Monpe (work pants) for women for many years.
It was purchased directly from the manufacturer, and even then, the purchase price was quite high.

This item is unused, so there are no creases, wrinkles, or pinholes.

Because it is a properly woven Kasuri fabric,
the pattern appears clearly on the back as well.
(Unlike inexpensive printed fabrics)

It was stored in the manufacturing factory.
Therefore, there is a slight odor, but
after removing dust and debris,
it will be washed with a simple hot water and water wash
and shipped with a simple iron (for home use).
