A failed suicide attempt leaves him hungry for purpose that he can't quite seem to find until he makes his first kill. Turns out, it gets much easier after that. Enlisting the help of a partner, Geoffrey, they use the escape of a convict as cover for their heinous deeds. Geoffrey has nothing to lose with his family gone. All that's left is his cattle hauler, booze, and a temper. When Lizzy becomes as important to him as killing, what is Casey to do? Consequences meant for him rear their head with Lizzy square in the crosshairs.
