High Voltage XLPE Insulated Aluminum Wire, 2500 MCM, Round, 115 kV by Nassau National Cable

This 2500 MCM high-voltage round aluminum cable, spanning 1 to 10,000 feet, boasts a true triple vertical extrusion system for optimal insulation concentricity and electric field control. Crafted from 1350-H19 Aluminum with Class B or Class 2 filled stranding, it adheres to ASTM B400 or IEC 60228 standards. A semiconducting tape can be applied as needed. The cable features a semiconducting cross-linked polyethylene conductor shield and high-quality, heat, moisture, ozone, and corona-resistant XLPE insulation. It includes an insulation shield, water barrier, metallic shield of solid annealed uncoated copper wires, and a radial moisture barrier. The outer jacket is made of black, sunlight-resistant HDPE.
