This parka can be stored and worn in a 2-way style. It repels water with a feel similar to stiff GORE-TEX. The waterproof tape inside shows no signs of deterioration.
Ventilation is provided under the arms to release moisture when it's hot. The sleeves can be adjusted with Velcro, allowing you to adjust the fit around the arms.
