If your local building department requires a custom, location-specific geodesic dome tent engineering report—or if you need tailored supporting documentation for insurance, liability, or other purposes—our engineering services have you covered.

This service includes:

● Geodesic dome structural drawings.

● Site-specific snow and wind load calculations. 

● A permit-ready report designed for submission to your local building department or licensed engineer for approval.

● Revisions and communication with your local building permit office or licensed engineer.

● Revisions initiated by the customer are subject to an additional $250 fee.

● If your dome tent is located on a complex platform that includes additional elements (such as a hot tub or other structures), additional charges may apply.

The calculations are performed by our structural engineer, who has extensive experience evaluating various structures—including geodesic dome tents.
