Single Small Brass Honeycomb Shelf Bracket Beautiful and delicate in appearance, but very strong and robust. Traditionally made, this ornate bracket is cast from an antique Victorian pattern. An authentic complement for period homes, barn conversions, cottages and for restoration projects Sand cast in solid brass. Unlacquered. Pre-drilled with 3 holes on each side. It can be used either way up to provide a 15cm or 12cm support base. Price includes one bracket. Dimensions: 15cm (6") x 12cm (4¾") Weight: 200g (approx) for a single bracket. Fixing screws included (Please note - different screws may be required depending on load and wall construction.) How they are made This bracket is "sand cast" - the same process used to make the original Victorian brackets. Molten metal is poured into sand moulds formed using an antique pattern. This makes an authentic antique style which is not machine finished.
