This 1/2" Polyline Black Plastic Sleeve, with an outer diameter of 1/2", 1/4", 5/16", or 3/8", operates within a maximum temperature of 150°F and pressure of 500 PSI. Constructed with a CA360 Brass body and plastic sleeve, it's suitable for aluminum, copper, and hard plastic tubing, requiring a brass sleeve. Ideal for PT200 and PT240 plastic tubing, but not recommended for steel.
- Common Uses: Pneumatic instrumentation circuits, lubricant and cooling lines
- Pressure Rating: Up to 500 PSI, depending on tube size. Use working pressure for plastic tubing
- Temperature Range: -65°F to +250°F with brass sleeve, -40°F to +150°F with plastic sleeve
- Construction: CA360 Brass body with plastic sleeve
- Compatibility: Aluminum, copper, and hard plastic tubing (brass sleeve required). PT200 and PT240 plastic tubing use plastic sleeve. Avoid steel tubing
- Benefits: Easy installation, captive sleeve, pre-assembled, re-assemblable. No tubing flaring needed
