This 16" screw conveyor rack and pinion gate, crafted from premium 3/16" steel, features a rack and pinion slide discharge system. The cut tooth racks, welded to the curved slide plate, mesh with a cut tooth pinion mounted on a shaft, operated via a handwheel. The flat slides offer versatile operation in up to four positions, given sufficient clearance, and can also be powered using chain wheels, electric motors, air, or hydraulic cylinders.
